Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all Beauvive items fall under the self-care category and cannot be returned after opening.

However, your peace of mind matters to us.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we sincerely apologize,  and we will gladly make it right.

You may request a replacement or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once we review and approve your request, we will proceed with either:

  • A replacement shipment at no additional cost, or

  • A refund to your original payment method

No additional fees will be charged for exchanges or refunds related to damaged or defective items.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Items showing signs of misuse, intentional damage, or alteration will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
